After 8 successful years in Vancouver, Eaton Cognitive Improvement Centre is opening a second location! As of September 2013, ECIC West Vancouver will open its doors, in order to enable high school students and young adults to access the Arrowsmith Program and rewire weaker cognitive areas as opposed to of accommodating for learning disabilities.
